General Data Protection Regulation policy

With the aim of formalizing the internal policy following the laws issued on 1st August 2018 in Luxembourg, which repealed the previous one dated 2nd of August 2002 and the European Union Directive 2016/679 of 25 May 2013 5the EU GDPR; the Company’s GDPR policy has been created.
As the EU GDPR applies to all EU companies/citizens regardless of the nature of the relationship with the company holding the data, at Tacticum, whether the owner of the data is an employee, investor, intermediary, trader/broker or any other entity/individual with any form of relationship with us, we are committed to complying with the GDPR.
With respect to personal data, Tacticum retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected, depending on the legal basis on which that data was obtained and/or if additional legal/regulatory obligations apply. Personal information is stored for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by relevant entities and regulations applicable to us.
As such, Tacticum conducts an annual review of its records to ensure that the data is not retained longer than deemed necessary. It also implements a series of information security controls to protect the confidentiality and accessibility of everyone whose data ais retained against forseeable future security threats.
